Master Umer is a one-year-old patient diagnosed with severe kidney disease of urine blockage at the age of 8 months only. His initial treatment was previously done at a private hospital but due to unaffordability, his father, Mr. Akber was unable to continue his son’s treatment.
One of their relatives informed them about the TKC welfare support program which is provided to patients who are unable to afford the cost of treatment. Procedure was performed URS, PCCL and DJ insertion have been done to break the stone and remove the kidney obstruction.
Master Umer visits TKC for his follow-up appointment with the pediatric urologist and his health is improving.
