The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary-care hospital, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate its hospital expansion, development, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of hospital expansion, construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, costs, procurement, and resource plans.
- Provide regular progress, cost, risk, and milestone updates to the Senior Management of TKC.
- Ensure projects meet approved quality, safety, regulatory, and building-code requirements.
- Manage contracts, contractors, subcontractors, and supplier performance.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate project handover, commissioning, and close-out.
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/BS in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably including major construction, healthcare, infrastructure, or expansion projects.
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field will be preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, contracts, budgeting, procurement, construction, and engineering practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
