The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading specialist hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain costing systems for hospital departments (OT, labs, radiology, wards, pharmacy and etc)
- Analyze cost per procedure/service line and recommend pricing strategies
- Analysis cost trend and suggest optimization
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new equipment/services
- Prepare annual budgeting and cost saving strategies
- Monitor variances and drive cost-control initiatives
- Coordinate with clinical departments to gather operational data
- Prepare periodic costing reports for management review
Requirements:
- ACMA/CMA/ACCA/CA (Part/Full Qualified) or MBA Finance
- 3–5 years’ costing experience, healthcare/manufacturing background preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, costing software and Analytical/AI tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
