Techno-Functional Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and support of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS) and ERP systems. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of hospital workflows, ERP systems, and hands-on experience in software development and SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and customize HIMS/ERP modules.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot system issues, ensure timely resolution, and coordinate with vendors.
- Write and test SQL queries, develop custom reports, and assist with minor software development.
- Support system integrations and API-based solutions.
- Train end-users and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HIMS/ERP implementation and support.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and basic software development (.NET, Java, etc.).
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows and ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, HR).
Skills:
- Functional and technical expertise in HIMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations (HL7, DICOM) is a plus.
