Candidates should hold a Master Degree in Hospital / Healthcare Management or equivalent qualifications with 2 to 3 years of operational experience in a reputable hospital industry (previous hospital accreditation experience with JCIA or other accrediting authority will be preferable). Quality Assurance and ISO Course / Certificate in Healthcare would be considered as an additional qualification. Candidates must have knowledge about Quality Management System Standards, International Guidelines and Legal Requirements of Regulatory Bodies (e.g. Sindh Health Care Commission-SHCC, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council-PMDC & Pakistan Nursing Council-PNC). Candidate must have excellent computer knowledge and have Planning, Interpersonal, Communication, Problem Solving and Team Working Skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring Clinical / Administration processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
  • Develops, performs, and manages quality assurance activities.
  • Assist staff in designing Departmental SOPs as per HSCC requirements.
  • Develop and prepare multiple statistical reports as per departmental, standard and accreditation
  • Manage functions pertaining to the process operations, Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
  • Responsible for technical department with respect to the review and approval of reports based on standard and accreditation requirements.
