Dr. Zaen Al Abideen passed his MBBS from Chandka Medical College Larkana in 2001. He then joined CMCH Larkana for House job and started a clinic as General Practitioner in 2003 and served patients in Shikarpur for 3 years.
In 2005 he started working at the Plastic Surgery General Hospital as an RMO Intensive Care Unit and Emergency. He passed his FCPS part-I examination in Feb 2006 and started his residency at the National Institute of Blood Diseases and Bone marrow Transplantation in April 2006. During his FCPS training he was involved in the academic as well as in medical research activities. He cleared his FCPS part-II examination in May 2011 and was awarded the Degree in the Field of Haematology from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
He started his professional career as a Specialist Hematologist at Memon Medical Institute, later he joined Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman to gain experience in the field of Clinical Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation.
Dr Abideen returned to Pakistan in 2013 and started working as an Assistant Professor at the Dow University of Health Sciences, DIMC. In 2014 he joined The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute as the Head of Clinical Pathology Department.
